Brian has been able to obtain a final and satisfactory resolution of all kinds of complex disputes through various means including pre-trial motion practice, litigation, arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. Today, Brian uses his extensive litigation experience primarily to help individuals who have been injured or killed due to the negligence of others.
